tai chi for arthritis: Free Class
January 10th, 6:30pm, 2019.
Thursday January 10th I will be conducting a free Tai Chi class for health arthritis and fall prevention class for the chronic pain resource center at Warmsprings Medical Center SA, TX. This class is a specific series developed by the Tai Chi Institute for Health by Dr. Lam to keep joints moving and ease pain and stiffness as well as improve balance and therefore reduce the risk to fall.
