Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

All services are booked by appointment only which can be requested via telephone or email.  For Physical Therapy services a doctors order is required for treatment which can be obtained prior to or after initial evaluation and orders can be requested by either yourself or the Physical therapist from your primary physician. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In order to serve clients efficiently and effectively, Boutique Bodyworks requires 24hr notice of cancellation when possible.   A cancellation fee will be charged without 24hr notice.  Cooperation in this matter is respectfully appreciated.

FACILITIES:

The studio is a bright and sunny 365sqf space with a powder room.  The facility is not wheelchair accessible.  It is fully equipped with all Pilates apparatus, treadmill, stationary bike, TRX, various exercise, weights and balance equipment, Physical Therapy equipment and modalities etc.  Hand towels are available for customer use during sessions.  Basic vital machines are on site to monitor physical response and safety.  Please bring beverages of choice to maintain hydration.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Prior to initiating services, please be prepared to disclose medical information in order to treat and assist you safely.  It is always recommended and advisable that you are cleared by your medical physician prior to initiating any physical therapy, exercise or nutrition program to ensure your own safety.
