Dr. Alina Acebo Kulczycki is running a Leukemia Lymphoma Society(LLS) Man & Woman of the Year (MWOY) campaign. It's a 10 week challenge where nominated candidates try to raise as much money as possible to fund research and treatment for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.

She is Running in honor and memory of her friend Timothy (Ty) Griesenbeck, and supporting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Pease join me in honouring the memory of our dear friend by making a donation to my fundraising campaign.

The Man and Woman of the Year campaign is a 10 week challenge that Ty helped organize and saw over as head of the committiee.  It's a 10 week challenge where nominated candidates try to raise as much money as possible to fund research and treatment for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.

Timothy (TY) Griesenbeck’s story

I am running my campaign in honour of my friend Ty, who was diagnosed just over a year ago with AML or Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Initially when I accepted the challenge and asked Ty if I could run in honour of him, he not only approved my request but also joined my team!  That’s Ty, forever giving of himself and his time even when he’s fighting and in need.

Initially when she accepted the challenge to help this organization that leads in funding blood cancer treatment and research dollars, she asked Ty if she could run in his honour, he not only approved her request but asked to join her team!  That’s Ty, forever giving of himself and his time, even when he’s fighting cancer. LLS funded 48 of 55 FDA approved new treatments since 2017 which is just one of many reasons to support and contribute to this outstanding organization and their fundraising campaigns.
